Baahubali, Raavan, Dil Se, Kannathil Muthamittal, Iruvar, Guru and more, had visuals shot at this great falls and forest. My fascination was for the mountain people here ‘Kadar’, the natives. I shadowed behind them into their best pastime –fishing.
Spoke to them. Believe me, they were part of the production of many box-office-hits. They stood by our ‘film stars’, through this tough terrain. But they never knew they were stars, and I guess they did not even care to know. For them all are people and co-inhabitants (not food and profit). Their only star is the ‘river’ and the 80 feet tall falls.
